What are Bingo Packages?
Bingo Packages allow you to purchase multiple tickets for specific bingo games at a discounted rate. Packages offer varying discounts and are available for selected games and Rooms.
How do Bingo Packages work?
Each package includes:
- A specific number of tickets (6, 12, or 24 tickets) for a set number of games.
- A discount percentage displayed on the type of package.
The discount applies automatically when you purchase a package.
How to Purchase a Bingo Package
- Navigate to the "Bingo Packages" section from the Bingo lobby
- Browse available packages - each displays the game name, discount percentage, saving on price, prize pool, and ticket quantities.
- Select your preferred ticket quantity (6, 12, or 24)
- Review the Package Cost and Savings
- Click "Purchase" to buy
- Your tickets can be found in the “My Tickets” section
When can I purchase Packages?
Packages can be purchased in advance of the scheduled game time for the current week. Each package displays a countdown timer. Package purchases close shortly before the first game starts.
Can I use Bingo Bonus to buy a Packages?
Yes, Bingo Packages can be purchased with your Cash or Bonus balance.
How many packages can I buy?
Packages are limited to 1 package per player/per session.
What if a game is cancelled?
If a packaged game is cancelled or malfunctions, your package cost will be returned to your account balance.
Can I refund a Package?
Once purchased and confirmed, packages cannot be refunded or cancelled. Please ensure you have selected the correct game and ticket quantity before purchasing.
