How do I use the bonus?

Follow our step-by-step guide to make sure you get your full welcome bonus:

1) You must be a new player at Gala Bingo.

2) Your account must be 100% verified, via our Account Verification section. If any queries, check out our Account Verification help pages too.

3) Deposit and spend £10 minimum on any Bingo game (to receive a £10 Bingo Bonus) or spend £10 minimum on any Slots game to get 100 Free Spins.

4) Claim your welcome bonus under ‘My Promos’ in the Bingo Lobby.

5) The offer must be accepted within 7 days and used within 7 days, or it may be forfeited.

What are wagering requirements?

A wagering requirement means the number of times you need to play through a bonus before you’re able to withdraw any winnings. 

  • In this case, you’re given a £10 Bingo bonus with a 2x wagering requirement.
  • If you deposit any more after your welcome bonus has been activated, your bonus will be spent first.

How to claim the 100 Free Spins

  • Once a Qualifying Wager is made, an Eligible Player will be able to claim 100 free spins that can only be used on the following games: "Fishin' Frenzy", "King Kong Cash Even Bigger Bananas", "Lock O’ The Irish", "Pig Banker 3 Little Piggies".
  • The Free Spins can be claimed by visiting the “My Free Spins” section of the “Promotions” tab on the Website.
  • The Free Spins are valued at £0.10 each.
  • Once claimed, Free Spins will be automatically credited to the Eligible Player’s account. If the Free Spins do not appear automatically, please contact our Customer Services team before playing again.
  • The Free Spins must be claimed and used within seven (7) days of them becoming available in an Eligible Player’s Website account or they may be forfeited.
  • The Free Spins have no Wagering Requirements.
  • Any winnings from the Free Spins will be paid as cash into an Eligible Player’s website account.

Why has the bonus not appeared in my account?

This could be for numerous reasons, here are the major ones:

Have you deposited and bet £10 minimum on Bingo or Slots? You must deposit AND bet at least £10 on Bingo or Slots. 

Have you claimed the bonus in “My Bonuses”? You must claim the bonus in My Promos.
