Q: What is The Boss Benefits Card?

A: You haven’t heard?! The Boss Benefits Card is an exclusive membership program for qualifying Gala Bingo bosses. The membership gives access to over 100 discounts and offers from well-known brands in the UK. Choose from pamper & fitness discounts, food and drink offers and days out rewards, to name a few.

Q: I want to be a part of this! How do I become a member of the Boss Benefits Card?

A: Deposit and spend a minimum of £80 (in real cash with no bonuses) on your account over a consecutive four-week period, to become eligible for one-month (valid for 28 days) access to the Boss Benefits Card.

Q: How do I register for the Boss Benefits Card?

A: Eligible customers will receive an email advising them that they’ve qualified for a Boss Benefits Card. You’ll be prompted to create a password to log in to your Boss Benefit account on the TLC website where you can start using the offers and discounts straight away. The one-month access starts from the date this email was sent. Only one membership can be registered per Gala Bingo customer.

Q: Can I extend my membership for longer than 28 days / reactivate my membership once it expires?

A: To maintain access to your membership, you’ll need to continue to deposit and spend a minimum of £80 (in real cash with no bonuses) with Gala Bingo for every consecutive four weeks.
If your membership expires and you wish to re-activate, simply deposit and spend a minimum of £80 (in real cash with no bonuses) for another four weeks. You’ll be notified by email if you’ve qualified for one-month access again.

Q: I didn't get the welcome email, what can I do?

A: TLC will be able to send the welcome email to players who have opted-in to our mailing list. This is clearly stated in the T&Cs of the promotion here. For more information, please contact our Customer Service Team here.

Q: How do I keep my membership active?

A: The date your first welcome email is sent becomes your "anniversary" date. Your account will be reviewed every 28 days from this date, and if you have met the qualification criteria again, TLC will automatically renew your membership. If you don't meet the qualification criteria, your card will be deactivated automatically. You will then have a further 28 days to meet the qualification criteria again to reactivate your membership.

REWARDS

Q: How do I redeem a reward?

A: To redeem a reward, simply choose the reward on your Boss Benefits account and hit the ‘redeem now’ button.

Q: How will I receive my reward?

A: Once you’ve redeemed your chosen reward, you will receive it via email to the email address you use to sign in (this is the email address you use to login to Gala Bingo).
Please make sure you have TLC’s email address bossbenefits@tlcrewards.com added to your safe senders list.

Q: Can I cancel my reward after it’s been redeemed?

A: Of course! If you make a mistake or change your mind, please contact TLC at www.bossbenefitscard.com as soon as possible. We can’t guarantee that rewards can be cancelled or exchanged but they will do their best to help you.

Q: I have a query about a reward I have redeemed / want to redeem. What should I do?

A: Please contact TLC with any questions you may have and they’ll be happy to help you. You can contact them via email or alternatively you can call them by going here.

Q: When will I receive my reward?

A: This depends on the reward you have chosen. Please check the specific T&Cs of the reward you have claimed on your Boss Benefit account.

Q: How long do I have to use my reward once redeemed?

A: Each reward will have its own expiry date, which will be clearly shown when you claim it. Please check the specific T&Cs of the reward you have claimed on your Boss Benefits account.

LEAVING THE BOSS BENEFITS

Q: What happens to my membership if I leave Gala Bingo?

A: If you cancel your Gala Bingo account, access to your Boss Benefits Card membership will also be terminated within the 28-day period.

Q: How do I leave the program if I no longer want to participate?

A: You can leave the program at any time by emailing your request to TLC - bossbenefits@tlcrewards.com .
