Gala Changes

1. What’s happening?  

Starting on the 24th of September, both Gala Spins and Gala Bingo will revolutionise your gaming experience by giving you access to all your Gala offers under one new convenient 'Gala Offers' tab, while Gala Casino will become a standalone brand.

Rest assured that there will be no changes to your Gala account/login/payment methods.  

2. What does this mean?  

For you, the player, our tidied-up interface will revolutionise your gaming experience – whether it’s free spins you’re looking for, or cracking Bingo games, they can all be accessed in the New Gala promotions lobby. Easier to find, easier to play!  

3. What will happen to my balance?  

Not to worry – no changes will be made to your balance. Your real, single wallet will still be in effect.  

4. Will there be any changes associated with my gambling controls?

Your settings across Gala will be the same. If you wish to update these settings, simply click on your account icon, head over to Gambling Controls and adjust the controls accordingly. Remember they will be the same across the Gala sites

6. I can’t log in to my account

An email was sent to your registered email address regarding the changes in Gala. You may use this email address to login to your account. If you no longer have access to your registered email address, please go here.    

7. What will happen to my current bonuses and free spins?

Your Gala bonuses and spins will continue as usual. 

With Gala Bingo and Gala Spins, make sure to play all your remaining bingo bonus/es before 23:59 on the 23rd of September. If you don’t use these pending rewards before this time and date, they’ll be removed and paid out in cash. Also, from the 24th of September, any unclaimed Bonus/es left on your Gala Spins account that did not expire beforehand will be transferred to your Gala account within 24 hours.    

8. Can I still play my favorite/recently played games?  

Yes, you will still be able to play and view your favorite/recently played games in for all Gala brands. 

9. Will there be any changes to promotions?

With Gala Bingo and Spins, you will still be able to enjoy all the great offers across both of our Gala Brands, while your Gala Casino promotions will continue as usual. The only difference is that they will be available under one, convenient tab. If you’d like access to your Gala Spins bonus history that occurred prior to the 24th of September, please contact our Customer Service team who will be more than happy to assist you.

10. I have just joined as a new Customer. Am I still eligible for a Welcome Offer?  

Yes, with Gala Bingo and Spins, kindly note that there is only one Welcome Offer available starting from the 17th of September, while you’ll receive our Standard Welcome Offer for Gala Casino.

12. What happens to my Self-exclusion/Time-out?  

No changes will be made to your Self-exclusion/Time-out. Once your self-exclusion/Time-out expires, you can contact us, and we will refer you to our player protection team who will explain the process.
