Q: Bonuses Explained
To trigger a bonus, you first need to make a deposit into your galabingo.com account. To do this, navigate to the cashier, and click on 'Deposit Funds'. Select your registered credit or debit card, and proceed until you see the page below.
Enter the card security code (last three digits on the back of the card) and the amount you wish to deposit. Lastly, enter the bonus code you have been given into the Bonus Code box, and click 'Next'.
Once the deposit has been completed, the bonus will be registered against your account. In the 'Cashier', clicking on 'Details' will display information about the bonus you have just triggered, including the amount still required to spend (Required for Award), the value of the bonus (Bonus Amount), and the expiry date.
Bonus Amount - The value of the bonus that will be credited once the wagering requirements are met.
Bonus Description - A short description of that particular bonus.
Required for Award - The amount you need to wager on qualifying games before the bonus will be released.
Required to Withdraw - The amount you need to wager once receiving the bonus before you can withdraw.
Award Target - Your current spend towards releasing the bonus.
Withdraw Target - Your current spend towards being able to withdraw.
Status - The current status of the bonus.
Award Date - The date the bonus was credited to your account.
Expiry Date - The date from which the bonus will no longer be valid.
Once you have wagered the required amount to release the bonus, the bonus amount will appear under Bonus within the 'Cashier'.
You will then be able to spend this bonus amount on qualifying games. Once the amount shown under 'Bonus' is wagered, these funds will be deducted from your 'Bonus' balance and credited to your 'Cash' balance, becoming available for withdrawal. Any cash in your balance will be spent first, before bonus funds are spent. However, once you wager the equivalent value of the bonus in cash, the bonus amount is automatically converted to withdrawable cash.
Any winnings generated from spending bonus funds will be credited as cash, and spent before the bonus funds.
